Ferracane Wines will be on display on Saturday 10 October at Expo 2015 to promote, together with the Pandolea association, the values of a healthy and correct diet.
Casa Vinicola Ferracane will be present as a partner in the workshop “Food for the skin” that will be held next Saturday, October 10th at Expo Milano in the We –Women for Expo space. Organized by the Pandolea-Donne dell'Olio Association as part of a “two-day” event full of initiatives entitled “Donne dell'olio per diffusa la cultura della salute dieta” (Women of oil to spread the culture of healthy eating), the workshop, under the guidance of the chemist and cosmetologist Diana Malcangi, will be the way for those who participate to learn how to create cosmetic products for the skin using only food ingredients commonly found in our homes. For Casa Vinicola Ferracane it will once again be an opportunity (this time together with the Pandolea Association) to demonstrate its commitment to spreading an eco-sustainable lifestyle philosophy based first and foremost on proper nutrition. – “The Pandolea-Donne dell'Olio Association allows us to be present at Expo 2015 – says Fabio Ferracane proudly – but above all it allows us to share certain values that are essential for our company and that the Pandolea-Donne dell'Olio Association will spread on 9 and 10 October”.
Among the main objectives of the Association chaired by Loriana Abbruzzetti that brings together producers of extra virgin olive oil and women linked to the world of oil, there is food education and the dissemination of the culture of quality Italian extra virgin olive oil in schools. It will start on Friday morning, October 9th with a round table in the Lunge Mipaaf of Expo during which, in the presence of the MEP and former Minister of Agriculture Paolo De Castro, “Bruschetta or Merendina?” will be presented, the educational educational project on healthy eating and the culture of olive oil aimed at students in the last three classes of primary school. In the evening, we will move to the premises of Eataly Smeraldo in Milan where you can buy precious artisanal creations made by hand with pearls, synthetic olives and various materials. On Saturday we return to Expo for the workshop “Food for the Skin” led by Stefania Mafalda, editor-in-chief of L'Altraitalia, with the participation of chemist-cosmetologist Diana Malcangi and Loriana Abbruzzetti, President of Pandolea, together with the godmothers of the event Clara Mennella, deputy director of Italia a Tavola and Ambassador of Taste 2015 and Tiziana Primori, vice president of Eataly.
“Our wines will be on display, clearly visible and recognizable – specifies the Oenologist Fabio Ferracane” – and, at the end of the workshop, it will be our pleasure to honor the speakers with a bottle of wine as a testimony to the commonality of cultural values that binds the Casa Vinicola Ferracane with the Pandolea Association.
