“VOLUMES OF SALT” AND THE WINES OF FERRACANE

In Milan, Saturday evening 10 October, Vini Ferracane and “Volumi di Sale” … to “tell” together with the artist from Marsala Angela Trapani the territory of the Saline and the “Magical” Grillo!!!
Art and wine, an inseparable pair! After the success in Piazzetta Sicilia at the Milan Expo last September 24th as part of the project “Outside the Ordinary…Marsala” Angela Trapani, an artist from Marsala who has lived in Milan for over thirty years, will show her artistic installation at the LAB7 studio in the Milanese capital in Via Stilicone 21 as part of the Eleventh Day of Contemporary Art, the great event organized every year by Amaci (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums) to bring the art of our time to the general public. On Saturday October 10th from 6pm to 8:30pm with free admission, art and wine lovers will be able to admire the artistic installation “Volumi di Sale” and at the same time sip the wines offered by Casa Vinicola Ferracane. “Volumi di Sale”, which will be visible to those who were unable to admire it at Expo 2015, first of all wants to tell the story of our territory and in particular the territory of the Marsala Salt Pans, and it does so by metaphorically using those natural “materials”, the sun, water and wind, which find synthesis and final concreteness in the precious and pure salt of the Ettore and Infersa Salt Pans of the Marsala Lagoon.
