DESCRIPTION

This wine summarizes the same story on the border between reality and fantasy of Guancianera (read here) but in a feminine way. Guanciabianca is a white catarratto wine dedicated to the little Sicilian “acidduzza” in love. The small white patch would have appeared on her cheek after the first kiss of Guancianera and from that moment the two acidduzzi would have been united. Guanciabianca tells the story of the transparency of feelings and the purity of soul of the Sicilian woman, its delicately floral and ripe fruit scents reflect together her kindness, beauty and elegance.

Guanciabianca has a balanced flavor, with the right fullness, freshness and flavor. Sincere and reassuring like a woman at the hearth... it is dedicated to all women... to Sicilian women in particular!

Serve at a temperature of 10-12 degrees as an aperitif, with appetizers, or with vegetable-based dishes.
